We like to eat it in any and all ways, but you may find it particularly enjoyable if eaten with soups or stews - as you can break off palm sized pieces from the loaf and dip it into the soup broth or stew (and if you really want to eat a meal the traditional way - it MUST be consumed with Hot Peppers also), we traditionally - literally eat every meal with hot peppers, its why our cancer and Arthritis rates are so low compared to urban non-indigenous peoples who do not consume hot peppers as often as we traditionally do.
Cassava bread can easily last for YEARS and still be edible - as long as you do not let it get wet or damp, it has allowed our people to survive periodic droughts and famines for the last 10,000 years, as years supplies of it was stored in each Tribal home just for such unforseen potential emergencies.
